Our courier partner will pick up the item from your address, usually within 2–3 business days.

Once received, our team inspects the item to confirm it meets return conditions.

Refund Processed
Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

- Item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Return requested within 7 days of delivery
- Original invoice is included
- Item shows signs of wear or alteration
- Return requested after the 7-day window
